Meet Jolene Keefer
The Story of Divine Within Wellness
Divine Within Wellness was born from my own journey of self-healing and awakening. I grew up in a home shaped by unspoken trauma, carrying pain that later manifested in my body as cancer, diabetes, chronic fatigue, and chronic inflammation.
Conventional medicine left me sicker, until I turned to naturopathic methods—plant-based nutrition, herbal medicine, and detoxification—to restore my health and vitality. Healing my body was the doorway, but it led me deeper. I soon discovered that true transformation also requires healing the heart, reclaiming self-love, and living with purpose.
During a season of deep depression, I spent months in meditation, confronting my trauma and unraveling the pain I had carried for years. This became my initiation into psychology, metaphysics, hypnotherapy, Reiki, and energy work. Through these practices, I awakened to the truth that healing is not just physical—it is emotional, spiritual, and deeply transformative.
Today, Divine Within Wellness is a sanctuary for mind, body, and soul. I support those navigating chronic illness, trauma, stress, ADHD, and spiritual awakening, as well as those seeking to realign their lives through Purposeful Living or open their hearts through Awakening Love: A Journey Within & Between.
My mission is to remind you that you are not broken—you are becoming. Healing is possible, and it begins with a single spark of hope.
